How it Works

Text to PDF Collector makes gathering and organizing web content effortless. Here's how to use it:

1

Install the Extension

Add Text to PDF Collector to your Chrome browser from the Chrome Web Store. The extension icon will appear in your toolbar with a badge counter showing your saved snippets.

2

Select & Right-Click

Highlight any text on a webpage, then right-click and choose "Save to PDF Collection" from the context menu. The text is instantly saved along with the source URL.

3

Manage Your Collection

Click the extension icon to view all your saved snippets. Add tags and notes to organize them, use search and filtering to find what you need, and drag-and-drop to reorder snippets before exporting.

4

Export Your Collection

Export as a professionally formatted PDF with a cover page, table of contents, and clickable source links — or choose Markdown for notes, docs, and wikis. Enter a custom filename or use the auto-generated name.
